Booking & cancellations

Book through your members account. Spaces are first come, first served; full classes have a waitlist and you're automatically booked in (and emailed) if a space opens.
Cancellations and swaps close 2 days (48 hours) before the session. Up to then you can cancel or swap to another class freely from your account. Inside the window your booking is locked in.
If we have to cancel a class, everyone booked is emailed, nothing is charged, and any free-class credit used is returned.

Drop-in classes are £10, paid by card — online when booking, or in class. We don't take cash.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Bring a Friend: £5 each, for brand-new customers only, one use per person.

Founders Membership is £49/month, billed automatically, and covers all regular weekly classes (one-off special events may be priced separately).
You can update your card or cancel any time from your account's billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No long contracts.
If a membership payment fails we'll flag it in your account; membership pauses until payment is sorted.

Every 8 classes you attend (checked in at the studio) earns one free class, added to your account automatically. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

All levels welcome — complete beginners are fully supported through their first session. Train within your limits, and tell the coach about anything that might affect you.
